Getting Started with Perl

Perl is a popular scripting language that can be used for a wide variety of tasks, such as collecting visitor feedback with automated email scripts and creating sophisticated web applications.

If you are already familiar with Perl and are looking for basic setup information, please visit our Perl help pages. If you are new to Perl, we strongly recommend reading a good Perl book or consulting an online resource, such as perl.org or perldoc.com, before using Perl with your Web Hosting plan.

Please note that Yahoo! is not affiliated with the above web sites and does not provide support for anything posted on these sites. For additional information on Perl, we recommend browsing the section of the Yahoo! Directory dedicated to Perl.
